Receive Return Instructions: You will be provided with return instructions, including the

Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for
return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Receive Exchange or Refund:

Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after the return is
received and inspected. -
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7-14 business days after the item
has been reviewed.
