Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Contact EQH Fitness Support: Reach out to our customer service team at info@eqhfitness.com to request a return or exchange authorization.
    

2. Receive Return Instructions: You will be provided with return instructions, including the
   return address and any additional details required
    

3. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for
   return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
    

4. Receive Exchange or Refund:

• Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after the return is
  received and inspected.

• Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7-14 business days after the item
  has been reviewed.

Non-Returnable Items

• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Custom or personalized products
