At EQH Fitness, we strive for your complete satisfaction. However, we understand that there
may be situations where you need a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are eligible if:

  • The product was not delivered within 60 days of purchase.

  • The item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

  • A request for cancellation is made before the order has been processed.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Refunds are not provided for:

  • Items returned without prior authorization from EQH Fitness.

  • Products damaged due to customer handling.

  • Orders where incorrect address information was provided at checkout.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after review and approval.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• EQH Fitness reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above
  criteria.
